The Local School Decision Making Committee gives insight and input into important decisions that greatly impact students' lives and shape their educational experiences.

WhAT is LSDMC?

The LSDMC (Local School Decision Making Committee) is the primary governing body for each school in the district. This committee gives insight and input into important decisions that greatly impact students' lives and shape their educational experiences. The group functions in an advisory role to the principal, to determine program, policy, and budget issues for the school.

Why This Matters

The LSDMC is one of the most important ways families, staff, and community members help shape the direction of our school. The decisions made here directly affect resources, school culture, and student success. Your voice matters! Together, we can make a lasting impact on Fairview.

The GEBAS Vice President is the LSDMC Chairperson. Please contact vicepresident@gebas.org with any questions.
